JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced foreign language teacher to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students at various levels, ranging from elementary, kindergarten, high school. The ideal candidate should be committed to helping students develop their language skills, foster a love for learning, and cultivate cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons that cater to students' individual learning needs.
• Develop lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines.
• Assess and monitor students' progress through assignments, tests, and feedback sessions.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and encourages student participation.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to ensure an optimal learning environment.
• Participate in school activities, events, and meetings as required.
• Provide support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Promote cultural exchange and understanding between students and foreign teachers.

Qualifications:

• Native or Non-native English speaker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years of teaching experience, preferably in a classroom setting.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to the school’s cultural values and policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about teaching and working with young learners.
