Open Book team was very accommodating with everything I needed! If something went wrong with my accommodation, pay and anything else, he made sure I was taken care of! My only issue was the landlord of the accommodation I stayed with but I can't put the blame on the company for that. Overall, I had an incredible experience at my school and I felt secure & safe knowing open book was there if I needed anything.
